The Houseboat consists of 2 - 5 Bed rooms with walnut wood made beds, Dressing table, peg Tables and Bed Side Tables along with latest modern mattresses, pillows, bed covers and other required linen, besides having attached bath with latest modern sanitation and other accessories ( geysers etc.). One has running hot and cold water in the respective bath rooms.

With an accommodation of 40 rooms with attached bath rooms and 24 hours running hot and cold tap water, Separate Dinning rooms/Drawing rooms, Sun deck, CCTV, attached Shikaras (Floating Cable Cars) for To and Fro Crossings , Room Service instantly available.We own Super Deluxe Group of Houseboats all in a row and interconnected / assessed to each other. Our Group of House Boats are situated at most beautiful part of Lake-Dal, with back ground fascinating scenic views of Zabarwan / Mahadev Mountain range (basically Himalayan range), surrounded by Lotus Flowers, Water Lilies, Floating Gardens.
Being in Travel Trade Business from the times immemorial, as our ancestors have been Legendry Pioneers in the Travel Trade Since 1887 with just one barrage (Water Transportation) as there were no means of automobile transportation in Kashmir and in fact the trade route was through rivers only and also the Carts were also the sources of transportation as well, but it took long time to bring things from one place to another. It was also difficult to use carts during winter times because of winters the roads used to remain snow bound for months together. The Barges were being used to carry Provisions, other stock items of daily use through rivers, lakes & streams.

Drinking water systems are filtered to I Micron absolute with additional treatment.
All boats have large holding tanks for toilets and grey water tanks.
Upper decks have child-proof railings and there are special life jackets for the kids.
There is no worry about taking small children aboard the houseboats.
All boats are modern, clean and very well equipped.
The full bathrooms have hot and cold running water and are completely stocked.
The kitchens have oven/stove, microwave, fridge as well.
Sheets, pillows and blankets are provided for each bed.
The boats have thermostatically controlled heat, 12 volt lights, AM/FM CD players, generators and TV-VCRs and DVD players.
All roofs are sun decks accessible by stairs complete with steering station and picnic tables.
